The website belongs to Flower Palace Decor Ghana (“we”, “us”, “our”), an event decor and styling business based at coastal Spintex, Accra, Ghana. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
About this website
This website shows examples of our work and tells you how to reach us. It is an information website only. You cannot buy products, pay online, create an account or book an event through it.
The photos and descriptions are examples of the kind of work we do. They are not a promise that a particular design, item or colour will be available for your event.
Enquiries and bookings
You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram or Facebook. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, and nothing on this website is a binding offer.
A booking exists only once you and Flower Palace Decor Ghana have agreed the details directly, such as the date, venue, scope of work, price and payment arrangements. Please make sure those details are clear to you before you confirm.
Prices, payment and cancellations
We do not publish prices on this website. Prices, deposits, payment schedules and payment methods are agreed with you directly for each event.
The same applies to changes to your date, venue or requirements, to postponements and cancellations, and to any refunds. Please ask us about these points before you confirm a booking so that you know exactly what has been agreed.
Delivery, set-up and venue access
We deliver to events across Ghana. Delivery arrangements, set-up times and any related costs are agreed with you when you book.
To help us plan, please tell us about venue access times, available space, power and any venue rules that may affect the set-up.
Hired items
We offer decor items for hire. Where you hire items from us, the conditions of hire, including the hire period, how items should be looked after and what happens if an item is lost or damaged, are agreed with you at the time of booking.
Accuracy of information and photos
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time.
Colours in photos can look different on different screens and in different lighting. Every event is styled individually, so the finished result for your event may differ from the examples shown.
Intellectual property
The photos, text and design on this website belong to Flower Palace Decor Ghana or are used with permission. You are welcome to view the website and to share a link to it.
Please do not copy, reproduce or use our content, including photos of our work, for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- try to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or the service that hosts it;
- copy or scrape the website to collect contact details or to send unsolicited messages; or
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
Third-party links and services
This website links to services run by other companies, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps, and it loads fonts and an embedded map from Google. These services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control them. Please read their terms before you use them.
