Information you give us. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram or Facebook, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the type of event, the date, the venue or location, your preferences, and any messages, photos or inspiration images you send.
Information collected by other services. This website does not have contact forms, user accounts, comments or online payments, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on it. However, the website loads fonts and an embedded map from Google, and it links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. When your browser loads content from these services, they may receive information such as your IP address, browser type and device details, and they may use cookies. We do not receive this information directly. These services handle it under their own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to your enquiries and questions;
- prepare quotes and plan, coordinate and deliver events;
- communicate with you about your booking;
- keep records of our work and our communications; and

Photos of events
This website shows photos of decor and set-ups from events we have styled. If you are a client, or you appear in a photo, and you would like us to review or remove an image, please contact us and we will look into it.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or stop using it.
Security
We take reasonable care to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as passwords or card details, by message or email.
